Highlights included the visit to Monreale and Villa Tasca with a very nice guide, and the visit to Palazzo Gengi where we were given a guided tour by the Principessa. Emily could not have been more helpful.

Our trip to India was epic. Original Travel did it again, a fantastic, well planned trip with all the things we like. Can't say enough good things about the app. We also love the Concierge service. It was such personal service. He was there for us throughout our trip, contacting us every few days as we moved from city to city. We knew he was a text away with an immediate answer to our questions. We love Original Travel and are hooked on the personalized service and effortless travel to remote areas of the world. It was truly epic, we can't explain our trip to friends because it was out of this world wonderful. I know our neighbours are heading to Japan with you next month and I believe a few of our friends will be contacting you too. We rave about OT. Thank you so much!

From start to finish, all of our interactions with the staff at Original Travel were absolutely first class. They were so invested in us and that helped ensure that we had the trip of a lifetime! This trip exceeded all of our expectations and dreams, which were very high. It was amazing knowing that we could reach out to Original Travel at any time and that someone would be there to help us, no matter where we were or what our concerns were. It was definitely a VIP experience from beginning to end! All I can say is that we are now loyal OT clients for LIFE! Please keep up the good work and do not change how you do things! There is a lot in this life that money can buy, but you cannot put a price on good people and customer service, which OT has in abundance.

Frances listened to all our requests and was very knowledgable on Uzbekistan. The trip far exceeded our expectations. The country itself is far more beautiful, clean and safe than we anticipated and the guides were absolutely fantastic in really bringing its rich history to life! Umid the Concierge was very helpful, answered WhatsApp straight away, helped us to book dinner reservations and to change things around quickly when we had to modify timings. We got to meet him in Samarkand as he brought a birthday present for one of us who celebrated a birthday during the trip! This was a very nice surprise and much appreciated. This was my second trip with Original Travel and we will definitely come back for more!

Holly was extremely knowledgeable and really listened to what kind of holiday we wanted as a family. The Concierge was very helpful and dealt very well with our endless questions. Our most memorable moments were Sumo wrestling, the hike in Kyoto, the bike ride in Hida Furukawa and the Takayama Festival.

The usual amazing experience we have come to expect from Original Travel! Our guides throughout the trip were absolutely excellent and such nice people. Also, your meet and greet representative at Gatwick gave us absolutely outstanding service. There were so many highlights, but our private tour of the Casa Roca Piccola in Valletta was definitely at the top.
